Dorothy Shaw was born on May 21, 1960 to Nettie Jane McNeal and Earl Lee Kelly. She departed this life Wednesday June 2, 2021 at Jackson General Hospital in Jackson, TN.
Dorothy attended Fayette Ware High School. At an early age she professed Christ as her Lord and Savior at Huntsville Denmark Church. She was an outgoing loving person. She loved music, and enjoying time with family and friends.
She was proceeded in death by three brothers: George L. McNeal, Ricky McNeal, Tommy Lee McNeal, and her father Earl Lee Kelly.
Dorothy leaves to cherish her memories; children: Tafus McNeal, Tamarcus McNeal, Shuronda McNeal, Sabrina McNeal, Chris (Meka Douglas) McNeal, Farrah Jordan. Her mother Nettie Jane McNeal; two sisters: Delouise McNeal, and Loretta McNeal; one brother: Larry (Jean) McNeal; uncle: Odell McNeal; four sisters-in-law: Mary Chism, Flora (Clarence), Laura (Henry) Wakefield, Janice (Jerry) Scruggs; four brothers-in-law: Harry Shaw, Guy Shaw, Isreal Shaw, Thomas (Debra) Shaw, and Lynn (Grace) Shaw; 20 grandchildren five great grandchildren and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
