Erin Sue Hartman, 51, of Grand Junction, TN. was called to eternal life on May 11, 2026.  Born on January 15, 1975, in Hillsboro, IL. Erin lived honestly, loved totally, helped unreservedly, and protected fiercely. Her passing leaves a void in the hearts that she touched of everyone that ever knew her. Erin'swillingness to help, her selflessness and the joy she found in the smallest things will be so very much missed.

Called to help others as a CNA for thirty years, Erin touched the lives of many bringing dignity and comfort to them. Her care, compassion, patience and love for her patients made her an exceptional care giver. Erin loved reading, fishing and being a mother and grandmother. She enjoyed her new hobby of gardening,the quiet moments and cooking with her family. She always had an ear to listen, a shoulder to cry on and a way to make you laugh. She loved animals and the beauty and wonder of nature.

Erin is survived by her father, aunt, two uncles, two sisters, brother, husband, children, grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Erin is preceded in death by her grandparents, brother - Jimmy Lang and mother -Penny Lang.

She will be laid to rest at the Grand Junction, TN, cemetery at 1:00PM on Saturday, May 23, 2026.  Her life will be celebrated afterward as she lives ever in our hearts which she touched so deeply
