George F. Duncan was born October 9, 1945 to the late George and Lydia Duncan. He was known to most as "Frank".
He accepted Christ at an early age. He was a member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church in Grand Junction, TN.
Frank was a graduate of Bolivar Central High School. He was employed at Troxel for more than 20 years.
In 1972 George and Betty Ruth Richardson were united in matrimony. To this union one son was born.
On November 28, 2016 God called him home to rest. Two brothers preceded him in death.
He leaves to cherish his memory one son Ricky Lee Williams(Toya) of Grand Junction, TN three granddaughters: Shanzeria, Rickia, Rickeira. One brother: John Thomas Duncan, of Grand Junction, TN, One aunt: Addie Lean Johnson of Kentucky; one sisters-in-law, Catherine Duncan of Grand Junction, TN and Vernet Duncan of Bolivar, TN and a host of nieces, cousins and friends.
