Gerald Rupert Bailey was born September 3, 1949 to the late James Robert and Mary Ella Bailey in Parsons, TN.
He accepted Christ at an early age. He was educated in the public school.
Gerald was a quiet person that kept to himself. He loved his family.
Gerald was preceded in death by his parents and brother: James Robert Bailey, Jr.
He leaves to cherish his memories three sisters: Gail Robinson of Parson, TN; Sandra Peterson, and John Cotherine of Knoxville, TN; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
