On Sunday, June 4, 2017, Jerome Smith was called to eternal rest at Tennova Healthcare, Jackson, Tennessee.
Jerome was born October 21, 1952 in Ripley, Mississippi to the late Mr. Udell and Mrs. Annie B. Williams-Smith. He confessed hope in Christ early in life and joined Hardaway M. B. Church.
He is preceded in death by his parents; one sister: Ms. Bobbie Boyd; and one great-aunt: Miss Mae Thula Buggs. Jerome Smith departed this life leaving his family who will always remember the good memories they shared: his children: Yolanda (Andrew) Jones of Gallatin, TN, Terence Smith of Whiteville, TN, and Sherries (Rodrick) Fuller of Jackson, TN; four grandchildren: Ashley, Christian, Terrin and Isaiah.; brothers and sisters: Mr. Eddie (Katie) Smith of Hickory Valley, TN, Mr. Enlo (Dorothy) Smith of Grand Junction, TN, Rev. Herbert (JoAnn) Smith of Middleton, TN, Miss Mayflower Smith of Memphis, TN, Mr. Hubert (Randia) Perkins of Grand Junction, Sherry (Jim) Peters of Whiteville, TN, Ms. Judy Buggs of Grand Junction, Mrs. Udessa (Daryl) Perkins–Deshields of Medon, TN, Mr. Wayne (Jackie) Woody of Brownsville, TN and Mrs. Shirley (Sammy) Anderson of Atlanta, GA; one great aunts: Flossie Richardson of Nashville, TN, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
