Keith Bernard Ellis was born August 15, 1962 in Kansas City, MO. to the late Billy Ray Ellis and Mary Jane Carver. He
attended Caywood Elementary, Lexington High School, and The University of Memphis.
He joined the U.S. Air Force and graduated at the top of his class in Radiology. He practiced at Emory University
Hospital in Atlanta, GA. As a part-time love, he was a chef for Emeril Lagasse on his cooking network in Atlanta.
He leaves to cherish is memory his mother Mary Jane Carver, Lexington, TN., a daughter Tasha Nicole Ellis,
Nashville TN., a brother Frederick (Marcella) Ellis Lexington, TN., a sister Colleen Phillips, Memphis TN., one niece Breauna (Kenric) Duncan, Memphis TN, and two nephews Brandon Ellis and Bryce Ellis, Memphis TN., and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, and acquaintances.
