On Wednesday, January 27, 2016, the angel of mercy came and took our precious love one home to rest.
Lorain Bowers was born April 6, 1923 to Turner and Mary Bell in Michigan City, Mississippi.
She was educated in the Hardeman County School system.  She helped the family with the farming until she got up in age. She worked at Hardeman Automotive for a short period of time.
She attended Elcanaan Baptist Church until her health failed her.
She was united in marriage to Arthur Bowers. Her husband preceded her in death.
Her son preceded her in death Jimmie Pugh. Hailey Cardly, Lucy Bills, Reolla Osler, Callie Reidand, three brothers Busta Bell, Leroy Bell, Steven Bell, Left to cherish her memory is one son David Earl Pugh. She is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.
Preceded in death by one precious niece Ida Mae Murphy.
