Ms. Mary Vanessa Milburn, age 64, of Cedar Grove, TN and formerly of Paducah, KY., departed this life on Wednesday, September 17th, 2025, at Jackson Madison County General Hospital. A funeral service will be held Friday, September 26th, 2025, at 1:00PM, at Ture North Church, located at 2015 Old Jackson Rd., in Lexington, TN. A graveside service will follow on Saturday, September 27th, 2025, at Maplelawn Park Cemetery and Mausoleum at 11:00AM in Paducah, KY. If you would like to follow and attend the graveside service, please meet the family by 8:00AM at Henderson County Funeral Services, located at 330A Reeves St., in Lexington, TN. Interment will follow after the graveside service.
