Randy Montgomery was born to the late David M. and Amelia B. Brooks-Montgomery in Talledage, Alabama and raised in Eastadoga, AL. on January 6, 1967.
He later moved to Rockford, IL in 1991, where he met and married the love of his life Sheila. They gave birth to his only child Randy Terrell.
He spent 11 years working before leaving Rockford.
Randy made Bolivar, TN his home after Shelia's mom became ill. Here he started working at CCA Prison for 15 years and made long lasting friendships in Bolivar and was loved by many.
He joined Greater Victory Church under the leadership of Pastor B L Jackson Church where he was a faithful member.
Taking care of his family, working and fishing was his passion.
To precede him in death his parents; brother: Kenneth Montgomery, sister: Alice Faye Montgomery and a niece: Angela Williamson.
Randy leaves to cherish his memories his loving wife: Sheila Montgomery; son: Randy Terrell; siblings: Clarice Chatman: Rockford, IL, Denise Williamson of Oxford, AL; Aretha Montgomery; a nephew whom he raised, Nathaniel Erickson; five brothers-in-law; three sisters-inlaw; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
