Tracy Annette Conner, age 54, of Grand Junction, TN., passed away on Tuesday, June 10th, 2025, at her home. The family will receive friends for viewing on Friday, June 20th, 2025, from 10:00am-6:00pm, at Hardeman County Funeral Services Chapel in Bolivar, TN. Funeral services will be held Saturday, June 21st, with a viewing from 11:00am until time of service at 12:00pm, at Mt. Salem Baptist Church in Hickory Valley, TN. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
